Withdrawal limits
All withdrawals are processed according to our monthly withdrawal limits and taking into consideration the VIP status of the customer requesting the withdrawal.
At any time, a customer may have a maximum of 3 (three) pending withdrawals on the account.
I started early this year only made a few small deposits of 100 or so over a couple of weeks then had a 40000 win .monthly withdrawal limits of around 5000 apparently they have been dragging out three 800 dollar withdrawals a month only payed twice so far tried to loose my remaining balance because I was so angry now it's at 70000 and I can't withdraw it.they keep saying there is computer issues there is a back log every excuse under the sun .DON'T TRUST THIS SITE AT ALL THERE ARE BETTER SITES OUT THERE THAN THIS ONE. Withdrawal processing time
Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed, as outlined in the Terms.
Still waiting for a withdrawal from 5 days ago and pathetic service..
Rubbish website. Won $600 and then went to withdraw it. After waiting 2 days for something that said would take 0-2 hours they blocked my account
Account verification (KYC)
You must provide these documents and information within 30 (thirty) days after the request is made. We reserve the right to withhold payment and/or suspend your account until you provide the documents and information we requested, and to permanently close your account if you fail to do so in time.
This includes (but is not limited to) properly certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction histories of the payment methods used, including bank or credit/debit card statements etc.
This site is a scam... you deposit money, win and they don't pay... I think they collect identity documents and then use for nefarious purposes to make matters worse as after sending through verification documents they keep asking for more... all the reviews here that say the sites is legitimate are clearly done by the scammers
Stay away from this site. I gave up trying to verify my account after a month of sending, resending everything they asked for an more. They are very cheeky as they even call you as a vip special customer from fictitious local phone number that you can't reply to. Stay well away. Ps that's how cheeky they are posting a reply. People this site is a scam please beware
Inactive account fees
If an Account Holder does not log into his Account for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days, the Account will be considered as 'Inactive Account'. Each Month we may charge 7.50 CAD as an administration fee while the Account remains Inactive.
Deposit and withdrawal fees
we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep the commission of 10% (ten percent) (but not less than 0.75 CAD of the amount of the last deposit as payment expenses, and the 15% (fifteen percent) commission if your account balance has been charged with a bank card or bank transfer.
You also agree to avoid charging back the deposited funds, annulling the deposits, and agree to compensate the Company for the costs associated with the chargebacks and recalls.
